On Friday 20th March closed the Mill to protect our team and everyone who visits or lives around the Mill. The latest advice makes it clear that we will not be able to re-open as quickly as we originally hoped.
To make up for this, we will extend all our Friends memberships, Annual Passes, Family Passes and complimentary tickets. We will extend by the number of months we are closed, which will hopefully, as few as possible.
How will this be done? When you present your ticket or pass you will be given entry. Family and Annual Pass holders will be given a new card covering the additional months. There is no need for you to contact us to arrange this.
Your support through visiting the Mill is incredibly important to us. The admissions you pay allow us to preserve living weaving heritage at the Mill and continue our vital work.
If you would like to opt-out and renew your Family or Annual Pass on its renewal date please ask at reception. This will provide additional support to us.
We will re-open as soon as advice allows us to, once there are measures in
place to ensure the safety of the Mill Team, our friends, visitors and the
community. This is disappointing for all of us. We had planned new exhibitions, events, products, menus and activities for you.
Since the closure, we have shared weekly newsletters and regular posts on
our social media platforms and YouTube channel. We hope you can experience the magic we continue to weave from the comfort of your own homes. We hope there has been something for you to enjoy.
Thank you for helping to preserve living weaving heritage at the Mill. We are closed, at our busiest time of year and very grateful for your continued support.
