We’re delighted to let you know that we're re-opening! The Government has announced that museums and galleries can reopen. We will open the Mill, shop and a takeaway cafe on the first day we are allowed. On Saturday 4th July and Sunday 5th July we will be opening our doors for our Friends and volunteers.
We’re so pleased to re-open our doors and welcome our Friends and volunteers back. Silk is incredibly tough and stronger by weight than steel. They say a strand as thick as a pencil could stop a Boeing 747 in flight. Our Friends, volunteers, paid team, community and neighbours are some of the many strands that have caught us, thank you for sticking with us!
To allow us to monitor the number of visitors coming to the Mill during this special weekend all visits need to be pre-booked.
