On arrival to the Mill, please bring your e-tickets with you.
Admission tickets can be used any one time within a year of purchase.
Annual passes allow you entry for a year

Gift Aid
If you are a UK tax payer, you can purchase Gift Aid Admission. Gift Aid Admission includes a 10% donation. Gift Aid Admissions let us reclaim the 25% tax on the whole amount paid, which gives the Mill a significant boost in funds.
You will need to complete a Gift Aid form allowing us to reclaim the tax on your admission. Please ask for a gift aid form when arriving and your pass will be issued that day. Alternatively, you can print it here and bring the completed form on the day of your visit.
Gift Aid is reclaimed by Whitchurch Silk Mill from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK tax payer.
Terms and Conditions
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of a contract between Whitchurch Silk Mill and yourself.
We operate a strict policy of no refunds or exchanges for tickets bought either online or in venue. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Tickets must not be sold or resold and are non-transferable. Any re-sale or exchange of a ticket automatically renders it void.
We reserve the right to refuse entry, if for any reason we deem there is a risk to the museum, public or staff.
